Privacy
On occasion we will require your name, address, and billing information when you choose to order a product from us. That information will never be disclosed, and is only used for the purpose of shipping, billing, and any other purpose you might submit your information for directly- such as events or services we may offer.
Shipping & Tax
We have a shipping fee which varies based on product and quantity, and use USPS as our primary courier. Tracking information is provided upon purchase and all other information regarding status is managed through USPS directly. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, you will be offered either a 75% refund to tender or 100% full store credit. Punches will not count for damaged, lost, or cancelled orders.
We are a NJ based company and will automatically apply tax to all customers based in New Jersey. All orders from States other than New Jersey will be tax-free but subject to a required use-tax from your state-government. You, as the customer are responsible for all taxes on the items you purchase.
Returns
We have a 14 day return policy. The process of a return begins by filling out our return form. You can find this form here. If you do not submit this form within 14 days of product arrival, you are no longer eligible for a return. In this form we require an email address and receipt. After this form is completed you will be able to ship us a package containing the product you wish to return and all the contents it consisted of and the receipt of the purchase which was emailed to you upon purchasing the product. Upon arrival of your return, and review of the product’s condition, we will send you a Return Confirmation Receipt and your refund will be initiated. Refund times may vary depending on bank hours and the bank you use. Typically refunds take 3-5 business days. Returning an item will result in a loss of the ‘punch’ earned in the returned order.
Preorders
Inventory for preorders is not always guaranteed! In most cases, we receive the items we placed preorders on the moment they come out. In others, the items arrive at a later time or sometimes are unavailable indefinitely. If I do not have a preorder item available by its release date, I will contact you and give you the option to either maintain your order and wait until it comes in or cancel the order and give you a full refund in store credit or an 80% refund to the original form of payment. Preorders do not count as punches until the item is packed and shipped.
